Guaranteed precision and reliability
At Ressorts Dury, quality is not an option, it is a commitment. Our fleet of 40 CNC machines, equipped with integrated laser and camera control systems, allows us to manufacture springs with optimal precision and irreproachable consistency.
Each spring is subject to 100% inspection, guaranteeing total compliance with the requested specifications.
Full traceability for over 15 years
Beyond quality control in production, we have ensured complete traceability of all our fabrications for more than 15 years. This history covers:

The dimensional and force checks performed.
This data is stored and remains fully accessible to our customers, in order to provide total transparency and meet verification, audit, or certification needs.

Prototypes, small series
Our prototypes are not simple “models”, but real springs, manufactured on serial CNC machines, having undergone an optimized and complete manufacturing and control process.
We thus deliver compliant and homogeneous batches with the assurance of being able to reproduce the same characteristics in series as those obtained on the prototypes.
Precision springs for aeronautics
In the demanding field of aeronautics, every component must meet extremely strict quality and reliability standards. This is why our precision springs intended for this sector receive special attention at all stages of their manufacture (unit control with marking, etc.)
Prototypes, small series
Production in medium and large series requires constant rigor and flawless reliability. At Ressorts Dury, we have implemented industrial processes adapted to this type of manufacturing, in order to combine productivity, quality, and regularity. We use 100% integrated control for all series to guarantee the compliance of our deliveries.

Our company has been certified since 1999. We currently hold ISO 9001 Certification and EN 9100 aeronautical certification

We deliver to many clients, particularly in the aeronautics sector, in AQP or through delegation of control.
